The A. Renee Grisham Scholarship Endowment is a fund designed to uplift young leaders, scholars, and changemakers by providing financial support for their academic journeys. Education transforms lives, opens doors, and fuels dreams. Our goal to raise $100,000 ensures Queen City Ivy and Pearls Foundation is able to impact generations of students who aspire to make a difference. 
 

Every gift matters! We encourage you to give at a level meaningful to you. Your contribution will make a lasting impact as the annual interest from this fund will support our annual scholarships to eligible and deserving high school students in Mecklenburg County, and the seven (7) surrounding counties, attend the colleges of their choice.

Through the support of our generous donors and community partners, the Queen City Ivy & Pearls Foundation has managed to make a direct impact on families and the educational advancement of over 100 young people. Therefore, Queen City Ivy & Pearls Foundation seeks to strengthen its impact by increasing opportunities to families and the number of college scholarships awarded. Through the solicitation of financial support for the planning and execution of programs, the Board of Directors seeks the support of its membership, business partners, and community-at-large.
 
The Queen City Ivy & Pearls Foundation is actively engaged in meeting its annual philanthropic goals. Therefore, community and corporate supports are invaluable. The Queen City Ivy and Pearls Foundation awards these scholarships in collaboration with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® , Rho Psi Omega Chapter.   These college scholarships are offered for the current academic year, to minority male and female high school seniors within the Mecklenburg County, NC area. Eligible students must attend, beginning Fall of the following academic year, an accredited four-year College or University.

The QCIP Foundation and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® , Rho Psi Omega Chapter provide scholarships to continue its commitment to cultivating and encouraging high scholastic standards. We have awarded numerous scholarships to deserving minority high school students within Mecklenburg and surrounding counties. Interested high school seniors should review the scholarship application to determine further eligibility.

The Queen City Entrepreneurs' Conference is the Charlotte Region's premier entrepreneur conference is set to attract entrepreneurs, small business owners and visionaries with their business ideas in hand. This full-day conference is designed to offer attendees inspiration, education, motivation, and connections that will enable them to grow their businesses, no matter their starting point. The 2024 Queen City Entrepreneurs' Conference theme is:

Dare to Dream: The Reality and Reward of Business Ownership.

Attendees will enjoy a memorable keynote, encouraging words from trusted business experts, and learn the secrets of success from local entrepreneurs. They will also have opportunities to make connections with a carefully curated group of local organizations, resource partners, and those that support the journey of entrepreneurship.
